The aluminum frame makes it lightweight but it is almost indestructible should it crash.

Using a gyro to operate, you will be able to fly the helicopter and adjust its flight path.  The remote has two joysticks to control forward and reverse or even make the helicopter spin.

If you want to get a little more forward speed out of the helicopter you can move the landing gear forward on their mounts.  Or you can tape a paperclip to the front to achieve the same effect!

The one downside of the Syma S107 is that since it is so light it won’t work outside if there is any wind.  Also, flying it too close to any LCD televisions or light bulbs may cause it to lose contact with the controller.

Also, the USB charger will continue to charge the battery even after it is fully charged so in order to not overcharge the helicopter, be sure to stop charging as soon as the indicator light comes on.
